• Review the 2019 season
• Schedule review of the 2020 Calendar with final details.
• Planning of the 2020 Race Clinic, February 24, 2020
• Planning for the 2021 season - meeting April 28, 2020

One representative from each member club is expected, this is a mandatory meeting which incurs a fine of $50/club for non attendance.
